Actor Bios![]() Hope Abrom (Louisa von Trapp) is thrilled to be returning to the Fulton where she was last seen in Oklahoma, Oliver and Annie Jr. She has performed the lead of Sarah for two seasons in Hershey Park's Christmas Show. Other favorite roles include: Alice in Wonderland (Alice), Charlotte's Web (Fern) and White Christmas (Susan Waverly) at the Dutch Apple. She studies ballet, pointe and jazz and spent last summer training at the Joffrey Ballet (NYC). She also loves to write, sew, and play the piano and violin. She has done numerous regional theatre, summer stock, and national tour shows of which some favorite roles are: Nancy in Oliver!, Marty in Grease, Reno in Anything Goes, and Irene in Crazy for You. She is married to her wonderful actor husband, Ed Kemper and has three kids: James, Lily, and Fletcher. Proud Actors' Equity member. ![]() Al Bundonis (Herr Zeller) starred in the US premiere of Andrew Lloyd Webber's newest musical, Whistle Down the Wind and has performed at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. Other New York credits include Ragtime, Sessions, The Last Empress and Tom Jones. Regionally, Mr. Bundonis has performed in Camelot (King Arthur), Jekyll & Hyde (Stride), A Little Night Music (Carl-Magnus), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Lawrence), Hello, Dolly! (Vandergelder), Guys & Dolls (Sky), She Loves Me (Kodaly), Urinetown (Lockstock) and the title roles in The Music Man, Superman and The Will Rogers Follies. Television credits include Guiding Light (Jim Otto), The Jamie Kennedy Experiment, Celebrity Ghost Stories and numerous commercials. National Tours include, featured vocalist for Kenny Rogers and lead vocalist for The Paul Chapman Project (former lead guitarist for 70's 80's multi-platinum band UFO). His favorite roles have included Colin in The Secret Garden, Toby in Sweeney Todd, LeFou in Beauty and the Beast, Snoopy in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and Sky in Guys and Dolls. He is excited to be performing in his first show at the Fulton. ![]() Caleb Heckman (Extra) Caleb Heckman is very excited to be performing at the Fulton for the first time. Previously, he was a pirate in Pirates of Penzance, and Horton in Seussical Jr., both with Central Lancaster County Homeschool Music. Besides acting, Caleb also plays piano and tuba. She wants to thank Marc Robin for this special opportunity, Katie Wieand for all her help, and her parents and sister for their support and encouragement. ![]() Brittany Leffler (Ensemble) Brittany joined the Fulton Theatre staff in August of 2005, after graduating with her B.A. in Theatre Performance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and moving to Lancaster that summer. Fulton Theatre audiences may recognize her from past performances as Cha-Cha (Grease), Miss Flannery (Thoroughly Modern Millie), Mirala (Fiddler on the Roof), and several characters in the Fulton's record-breaking Les Misérables. She is currently the theatre's full-time Wardrobe Mistress and resides in downtown Lancaster, where you can either find her at the theatre, Central Market, walking her pomeranian Gus, or riding her polka-dotted bike. A native of Lancaster, she now lives in New York City where spends her time auditioning, pursuing voiceover opportunities and perfecting her velociraptor impression. Mom, this one's for you!" ![]() Dorea Schmidt (Ensemble) graduated two years ago from Messiah College, where her favorite performances included Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit, Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, and Masha in Three Sisters. She has spent the past couple of years working with Harrisburg's regional theatre Open Stage Harrisburg, performing in The Fantasticks! (Luisa), Doubt (Sister James), Court Street Cabaret, and most recently [title of show] (Heidi). Also in Harrisburg, Dorea sang with the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra in Iolanthe as Leila, along with West Wing's Josh Malina and conducted by Stuart Malina. This past June at Open Stage's Flying Solo Festival, Dorea premiered her first one woman show at water's edge: confessions of an obsessive mind. The show was an exploration into the mind of a romantic and was directed by Jim Knipple, founder of the Run of the Mill Theatre in Baltimore. Dorea is a proud graduate of the National Theatre Institute, fall class of 07. Favorite roles include Leontes in The Winter's Tale (GBS Theatre, London), El Gallo in The Fantasticks (Long Wharf), and title roles in Macbeth (LA Theatre Center), Pericles (Connecticut Rep), and Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde (Bristol Riverside). Love to Jeremy and family. ![]() Catherine Walker (Maria Rainer) Catherine is thrilled to return to her hometown of Lancaster this holiday season! She began studying voice with Lancaster teacher and opera singer, Jean Bradel and went on to receive her BFA in Vocal Performance from Carnegie Mellon University. Catherine made her Broadway debut with the original cast of Disney & Cameron McIntosh's hit musical Mary Poppins, and became Broadway's second "Mary", flying over the heads (and into the hearts) of Broadway audiences for over 100 performances. She left that production to join the original cast of the highly acclaimed Broadway revival of Ragtime. Most recently, Miss Walker was seen at The Maltz Jupiter Theater as Hope in Anything Goes. She also played the title role in the musical, Gypsy, the premiere production of the new Northshore Music Theatre. Catherine has appeared in leading roles in productions of Yeston's Phantom (Christine), Rodgers & Hammerstein's Carousel (Julie Jordan), Kern & Hammerstein's Show Boat (Magnolia) and Lerner & Loewe's Brigadoon (Fiona). She appeared with major symphony orchestras in tributes to Stephen Sondheim and Stephen Schwartz and currently crosses the country representing Walt Disney Productions in national concert appearances.
