Mini-Musical Superheroes Camp

Participants will create a Superhero character, write lyrics for their Superhero's theme song, select fitting music, and bravely sing in a performance for invited guests on the final Friday. Up, up, and away!

Jr. Broadway Junior "Willy Wonka

This adaptation of Roald Dahl's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" features songs from the classic film, "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory." Join us this summer to design Wonka's chocolate factory, sing one of the many short solos, and transform into an Oompa-Loompa. Songs include, "The Candy Man," "Pure Imagination," and "I Want It Now."

Morning Theatre Artist Intensive

Situated on the grounds of F&M College, this camp provides a conservatory style summer opportunity and yields positive student growth in the young artist and the young adult. In large group instruction with students of mixed ages, participants explore and build performing, playwriting, directing and designing skills, and strengthen their abilities to collaborate and problem solve.

Afternoon Performance Project

Students will apply what they have learned in the Morning Theatre Artist Intensive to the creation and performance of an original theatre piece. Working with our faculty, the young people will cultivate artistic talents, develop ensemble skills, embrace critical thinking solving and increase confidence, and oh, yes, laugh a lot!
